How can I get a copy of Shattered?

How often will I receive a magazine?

Shattered is a quarterly publication. Subscribers will receive a copy in February, May, August and November.

Do you offer a digital app for my iPhone, iPad, or other e-reader?

Yes! We offer an app for iOS and Android devices through 3D Issue.  To download the digital version of Shattered, login to your account using your iOS or Android device.  At the top of the current issue you will see “Would you like to view this in the iPad/iPhone/Andoid App?” Click VIEW.  You will be redirected to app store for your device.  Download the app and return to your browser.  Click the view button again and you will be taken to the 3D Issue app where you can view the full version of Shattered Magazine.

How much does Shattered cost?

An annual digital subscription is $12 a year. If you would like to receive a print version in addition to your digital subscription, our digital +print is $23.94 a year.  We offer specials and gift subscriptions as well and then can change from time to time.

Do you offer bulk rates?

Yes! We have smaller bulk offerings through Share Packs. But if you are looking for a larger order amount, please email [email protected] and we will get you the details.

How can I change my address or update my payment information?

To change your shipping address, login by clicking the My Account link in the upper right hand corner of the site. Once logged in you will see an option to change/update address under your current saved address.

To update your payment information,  login by clicking the My Account link in the upper right hand corner of the site. Once logged in, click the renew button. Here you will be able to update your subscription before your next renewal date. If you renew early, your current subscription time will finish out before the renewal begins.

If I need to cancel, how can I cancel my subscription?

We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to cancel you subscription. You can cancel at any time during your subscription and your account will not be billed on your next auto-renewal date. You will still have access to your online account and receive any print issues remaining in your subscription.
